Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using SUFTA, booking services, payments, provider responsibilities and privacy.
Customers pay SUFTA in advance. Provider funds are released after completion and closure of any valid objection.

Service provider
SUFTA retains 23.5% of each eligible completed booking and the provider receives 76.5%.
Cancellation, objection and payout
Neither customer nor provider may directly cancel an accepted service. A customer submits a reasoned cancellation request to administration, and the order and funds remain on hold until a decision is made.
A customer may object to the service only within three hours of completion. Funds are held when an objection is opened; if no valid objection is submitted in time, funds become ready for payout automatically.
A provider may not cancel an accepted order. If administration records a cancellation by the provider, the platform retains its 23.50% commission from the order value and deducts it from provider dues; any further settlement remains subject to administration's decision and applicable law.
